System Protection Partners' Managed Services product is a complete solution that is broken down into three levels to allow us to customize the proper protection for your organization. Included at every level of our solution is 24 hour remote monitoring of your servers and desktops, providing proactive support that allows for remediation of a problem BEFORE it becomes a larger one. Our solution also comes included with a complete Enterprise level virus protection product as well as spyware/adware protection. Also provided is a monthly executive report that gives you generalized information about your computers; some of which includes patch management, anti-virus status, preventative maintenance activity, summarization of the issues that have been resolved during the month, and much more.
We can also provide many other reports that can be helpful with asset tracking and inventory of company computer systems. In addition to these great features, we offer an email filtering solution that can be implemented for domains and Exchange servers which will help to eliminate SPAM, viruses and advertising email from making its way into your inbox.

This is a cool little tool that runs in your taskbar and is completely customizable. Among the many functions that it can provide, it allows you to submit support tickets to us for general issues that we can then respond to. Of course, we encourage you to report all emergencies directly to us either by phone or email.
We offer our clients a remote access portal. This portal is completely customizable by us to allow specific users the ability to connect to only their individual PC, additional systems, or ALL desktops and servers that are managed within the company. Our portal is integrated with LogMeIn remote control software that allows connection to your PCs from anywhere in the world using only an internet connection and a browser. LogMeIn software is extremely robust, very secure, and completely HIPAA compliant.
