• Patch Identification - System Protection Partners identifies and acquires the most up-to-date patches from major operating systems and known vendors
• Patch Evaluation " System Protection Partners researches and tests each patch prior to deploying to your network.
• Patch Deployment " Once a patch has been thoroughly evaluated and tested, it will be deployed to your network. White listed security patches are deployed on desktops Thursday through Monday on a predefined set of hours. System Protection Partners deploys patches to your servers on a weekly basis.
• Patch Management " System Protection Partners proactively and continuously monitors your network to ensure maximum uptime

Patch Categorization

System Protection Partners conducts thorough testing of patches prior to deployment. We will not deploy a patch unless we are completely satisfied with the safety of the patch. System Protection Partners classifies all patches in the following manner:

• White Listed " This patch is installed on your system without any known issues.
• Black Listed " This patch may create issues with your operating system and/or application associated with the patch. System Protection Partners will not deploy this patch to your system until it is categorized as White Listed.
• Conditional Black Listed " This patch has been conditionally Black Listed due to an issue with an application, certain hardware, BIOS version, etc. System Protection Partners will not deploy this patch to your system until it is categorized as White Listed.
Under Review " As a practice, System Protection Partners reviews any new security patches for a minimum of 2 weeks (unless it is a hyper critical zero day attack patch).
