What are System Protection Partners' Managed Services?
System Protection Partners' Managed Services product is a complete solution that is broken down into three levels to allow us to customize the proper protection for your organization. Included at every level of our solution is 24 hour remote monitoring of your servers and desktops, providing proactive support that allows for remediation of a problem BEFORE it becomes a larger one. Our solution also comes included with a complete Enterprise level virus protection product as well as spyware/adware protection. Also provided is a monthly executive report that gives you generalized information about your computers; some of which includes patch management, anti-virus status, preventative maintenance activity, summarization of the issues that have been resolved during the month, and much more.
We can also provide many other reports that can be helpful with asset tracking and inventory of company computer systems. In addition to these great features, we offer an email filtering solution that can be implemented for domains and Exchange servers which will help to eliminate SPAM, viruses and advertising email from making its way into your inbox.

Total Desktop Care
- Full "Enterprise Level" anti-virus and malware protection software is included and
installed on each desktop
- Our technicians are able to login to your computer remotely if necessary, to provide
support or to identify/repair problems
- Allow access to your PCs from anywhere in the world through LogMeIn
- 24x7 Preventative Maintenance by our Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Preventative Maintenance
Anti-virus definitions are updated every 4 hours
Temporary files are deleted periodically by schedule
Microsoft Updates are checked and deployed automatically
Patches can be optionally selected to install only "white listed" (tested by our Network Operations Center not to cause compatibility issues) patches
Hard Drive SMART hardware checking is monitored to give an early warning of potential hard drive failure
Each preventative maintenance item is run in low priority mode to prevent them from intruding on user activity and so that they can be interrupted at any time
